Beyond great.

If you read NextDraft on the way to/from work, you will be a better person. Food will taste better; music will sound richer. And you wont ever have to get your news from Facebook again.

Ive often downloaded apps, used once or twice, then forgotten about them. I guarantee you will check out ND every day. The new app design is clean clean clean. The takes are as amusing and insightful as ever. And the content is the biggest and most interesting news of the day.

Friends joke that they get much of their news from Jon Stewart’s "The Daily Show,” but I’m serious when I say I get much of mine from NextDraft. Dave’s writing and curation is smart, funny, brave and human. The perfect daily coffee break companion.

This is the best way to get the days news. Awesome.

It’s kind of the in-between of hitting some random internet and going and reading the whole internet. good summary, every single time, seemingly every day.

I love the new unleaded mode that strips an article down to just its most lightweight mode. On top of that the font size adjustment is well done and loads of other fun stuff. I look forward to using this everyday.

This app is legit. Compare to some daily update emails, like Skimm, and Dave blows them away. This is one of few news apps I use often. Oh, and the new icon? Genius! Probably just made home screen placement.

A nice daily summary of the news and world events. The app itself still needs quite a few tweaks. Suggestions: when more than a weekday goes by without an update, change "current edition" to maybe the day of the week, or when there is an extended break, the complete date. Bug: the articles for January 5, 2015 all are numbered "15" instead of 1 through 10. Could the articles be a bit wider on an iPad in landscape mode? There is too much white space on the sides. On the iPhone the articles look great. The new black and white icon is horrible; it looks more appropriate for a game than a daily news summary app.

Dave is the content life raft you want to be in

I installed the latest update. Same great content but the reading and usability experience has devolved. No longer works with Readability. Dynamic font sizing does my make the font as small as I would prefer on my iPhone 5s. If I could go back to the older version I would in a heartbeat.

Nextdraft is smart, insightful and hilarious, and it is clearly curated with great care. You will come to count on Nextdraft. Not just love it and paraphrase it at parties but to wait for its arrival in your inbox, not unlike a fix.

Essentially just to let you guys know. Can update after its all fixed!

Long-time user of Dave’s news aggregator, and it’s been entertaining and informative throughout the duration of my time enjoying it. I highly recommend it for Dave’s insights and commentary, and because I can rely on it to get me the day’s most important news and opinions. His selection of Friday’s Weekend Reads are well worth it alone!

Title says it all; this guy has the best presentation of the news by a wide margin. Its hilarious, informative, unbiased, and the app is wonderful. The normal article view vs the readability view is called "regular " vs "unleaded". 5 stars, just for that.

I have been constantly coming back to this app as my main source of whats new and whats important or interesting. Having the happenings of the world curated by a person with great taste is hard to come by but Dave and NextDraft hit the nail on the head. Thanks for the great work!

Im a huge fan of this app and good free news/info apps are very hard to find. Great content with fun links to follow as offshoots from the main stories. Bottom of the news section (and page 10) is great. Now please do a weekend edition!

The newsletter is great and the app makes it fantastic!
